Hey guys in this video charles does a full bodybuilding back workout with me and he does a fantastic job. We start off the workout with some pull ups to warm the back up. We use a band for those of you who want to improve pull ups but can”t do regular pull ups. then we go into barbell rows to chest, then we go into some lat pull downs, and finish up with some shoulders doing some ride delt raises. Overall this is a great workout for your back and pull days in the gym!
