I got bone-breaking collarbone realignment surgery to fix an old injury. I wasn’t allowed to work out for around 3-4 months as the bone healed so I ended up developing some bad habits and I became skinny fat.

After I got cleared to work out again, I went from skinny-fat to completely transforming my body and becoming the strongest I’ve ever been in only 6 months.

I documented the entire process while sharing exactly what I learned along the way. There was a lot of information online about fitness and nutrition so it was extremely tough to evaluate what was good information so I made a beginner’s guide to fitness that I believe anyone can follow.
