Workout 2 was my 2nd test of the 2024 CrossFit Games Quarterfinals season…did this one Thursday morning. I believed I could put up a good score on this workout, so I wanted to be relatively fresh and go for it. I also know this one will make me sore…but more of a 2nd day sore. So my plan was to hit it Thursday, then #1 (snatch/row/step up) Friday, then rest Saturday.
Old-School CrossFit, 3 days on, 1 day off.
2024 Quarterfinal Workout #2 is:
3 rounds for time, with a 20 minute cap of:
50 wallballs (20lb ball, 10′ target)
50 burpee box jump over, step downs (24″ box)
I completed 47 of the final 50 BBJO’s under the cap, so my score is 297 reps
